Do I need to build a feedback backend?

No. KanbanTrack provides the board, submission handling, and voting. Your website needs to support adding the generated script tag.

How does voting work?

Visitors can vote once per browser on each open item. Votes are browser-based, not verified identities; clearing browser data can create a new visitor identity.

Can I use the widget on multiple website origins?

Yes. Add up to ten exact allowed origins in the installer. Include the www version separately if your website uses it.

Will my website builder support it?

It must allow custom script tags. Builders that remove scripts or restrict embedded frames may need additional configuration. Sites with a Content Security Policy must allow the KanbanTrack origin for scripts, styles, and frames.

Need read-only client updates?

Use a client progress board when you want to share delivery status without accepting public submissions.
